PRO-LINE CHUNKING SHEAR 7"
Our chunking shears are 7" long with about 20 teeth. The straight edge is convex and very sharp. Be prepared that hair tends to gather in the teeth, and needs to be manually removed after several cuts. You get used to it.
Hair dressers use chunkers by making cuts in a single place, to leave chunks of hair, or spikes. Groomers can move the shears through the coat to take off length without leaving cut marks,
Chunkers are perfect for scissoring when you don't want the scissoring to show. I use them for Bearded Collie and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel feet.
